Trade Terms, Payment, Shipping & After-Sales FAQ

1.What trade terms do you usually offer?

We primarily offer FOB (Free On Board) and CFR (Cost and Freight) for most shipments. We can also accommodate other common Incoterms (e.g., CIF, EXW, DAP) upon request, depending on your logistics needs.

2.Can you adjust the trade terms if our requirements differ?

Yes, we are flexible to adjust trade terms (e.g., switch from FOB to CIF) as long as both parties agree on the details (e.g., freight, insurance, risk transfer points) and formalize them in the contract.

3.What shipping methods do you provide?

We offer three main shipping methods to meet different timelines and cost needs:

  • Sea Freight: Ideal for large-volume (full container load, FCL) or low-urgency orders; cost-effective, with a transit time of 15-45 days (varies by destination port).
  • Air Freight: Suitable for small-batch or urgent orders; fast, with a transit time of 3-7 days, but higher cost than sea freight.
  • Express Delivery: For sample orders or small parcels (under 50kg); door-to-door service via carriers like SF-Express, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with a transit time of 1-3 days.

4.Can you use a specific shipping carrier requested by us?

Yes, if you have a preferred carrier (e.g., Maersk for sea freight, UPS for express), we can coordinate with them. Note that if the carrier’s cost is higher than our default option, the additional fee will be borne by your side (we will provide a cost quote in advance for confirmation).

5.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following standard payment methods:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):

For in-stock products, T/T 100% before shipping.

For OEM products: 50% advance payment, 50% balance against copy of B/L.

  • Western Union/Paypal/Credit card/MoneyGram: For small-value sample orders only.

6.Is there any flexibility in payment terms for long-term customers?

For customers with a 1+ year cooperation history and good payment records, we can offer slightly flexible terms (e.g., 30% advance, 70% balance against B/L) after internal review.

7.When will you arrange shipment after receiving the payment?

  • For in-stock products: We will arrange shipment within 2-3 working days after confirming full payment (or the agreed advance payment, per contract terms).
  • For customized/non-stock products: Shipment will be arranged within 1-2 working days after production is completed (production lead time will be confirmed separately) and payment is received. We will share the shipping details (e.g., tracking number, carrier) once the goods are dispatched.

8.If there is a product quality issue, what solutions do you provide (e.g., return, refund, replacement)?

Once a product quality issue is confirmed (after verifying your submitted evidence, such as photos/videos and B/L number), we offer three clear solutions for you to choose from:

  • Replacement: We will produce and ship new, qualified products for free, and bear all freight costs for the replacement.
  • Refund: We will provide a partial or full refund based on the severity of the quality issue—usually 5%-100% of the defective item’s value (full refund applies only if the product is completely unusable).
  • Return & Refund: If you prefer to return the defective goods, we will cover the return freight cost and process a full refund of the defective item’s value once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

9.What is the time limit to report a product quality issue?

To ensure efficient handling, please report any product quality issues within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Issues reported beyond this period may require additional verification and could delay the solution process.

10.How do you verify whether a problem is a product quality issue?

Our verification process includes two steps:

1)You provide evidence: Photos/videos showing the defect (clear shots of the issue, product model, and shipping label) and the original bill of lading (B/L) number.

2)Our quality control team reviews the evidence within 3 working days; if necessary, we may request a third-party inspection report (cost covered by us if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility).

11.How do you respond to delivery delays?

If delays are caused by our side (e.g., production hold-up, delayed booking with carrier), we will:

  • Notify you within 24 hours of identifying the delay, explaining the reason and revised delivery date.
  • Compensate with a 1% discount on the total order value for each week of delay (capped at 5%).

If delays are due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs strikes, port congestion), we will provide supporting documents and renegotiate the delivery schedule.

12.Do you accept returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., wrong order, change of mind)?

No, we do not accept returns for non-quality reasons. This includes cases like incorrect order placement by the customer, change of purchase intention, or dissatisfaction with product appearance that does not affect functionality.
